My name is Nicole Humphrey, I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI by Richard and Paula Humphrey. My parents will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year, my brother lives in Japan right now as he is a member of the Navy, my sister lives in Michigan with my parents and is working and attending the local community college.
I moved to Lynchburg in 2003 and besides spending a year in Jacksonville, FL at a residential treatment center for teen girls, have been here ever since. I have my undergrad in Psychology. My master's will be M.Ed in School Guidance. This is my first time using a Wiki for class, but there has always been a weird twist every time I've taken an intensive at Liberty :). C'est la vie!
I work for The Madeline Centre, Inc. as the Director of Therapeutic Day Treatment in Pittsylvania County Schools, Danville City Secondary Schools and Prince Edward County Schools.
I have two wonderful roommates, Courtney and Krista and Courtney's dog Sully.
My boyfriend owns his own computer business here in town, and if you run into problems while you're here, I'd love to give you a referral to Techknow Computer Center :).
I'm so ready to have my degree in hand, but want to make sure I don't miss this valuable experience of here and now.
One of my favorite verses is Zeph 3:17 because I love the picture of Christ delighting in me so much that he sings over me.
